Regional Boundaries: Standard rates apply to the Alona Panglao area. Locations beyond this (Anda, Danao, Jagna, etc.) are subject to special trip surcharges.
Waiting Policy: Driver will wait for up to 30 minutes; surcharges apply for delays exceeding 1 hour.
Late-arrival / No-show policy: No refunds are issued for missed pick-ups or incorrect flight details.
