Private Transfer From Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA)

A premium service for guests requiring a direct transfer from the airport to a designated hotel lobby or vice versa. This service operates as a private charter to ensure total privacy and a dedicated experience for your group.

Airport Pick Up:

Please provide your specific arrival flight information and your destination hotel name or address. If your actual arrival time differs from your scheduled flight itinerary please include a note in the remarks section or send us an email.
A representative from our local transportation partner will be stationed at the arrival hall holding a placard displaying your name and the Southwest logo before your flight lands. Your dedicated driver and vehicle will be ready to serve you upon your arrival.

Hotel Pick Up:

Please provide your departure flight information and your specific pick up location or hotel name and address.
Your scheduled pick up time will be clearly indicated on your confirmation voucher. If your departure flight time differs from your itinerary please include a note in the remarks or send us an email after processing.
We request that you be waiting in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time.
The driver provided by our local partner will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you are delayed beyond this window please send an email or message to verify if the driver is still available.
An additional surcharge for excess waiting time will apply once the one hour threshold is reached with rates set at ₱650 per hour for sedans and vans or ₱1,500 per hour for coasters and buses.

Pick Up and Drop Off Information:

Please provide your specific pick up time, hotel name or address, and your intended travel itinerary during the checkout process.
We request that you be waiting at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time to ensure a prompt departure.
The driver will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes from your preferred time, after which you must contact us to verify if the vehicle is still available.
An additional surcharge for excess waiting time will apply once the one hour threshold is reached at rates of ₱650 per hour for sedans and vans or ₱1,500 per hour for coasters and buses.

Please indicate your arrival voyage details and your drop off location or hotel name and address. If your actual arrival time differs from your voyage itinerary please include a note in the remarks section or send us an email after processing.
Our dedicated local transportation partner will be waiting for you at the port holding a placard with your name and the Southwest logo on or before your vessel docks.

Hotel Pick Up:

Please indicate your departure voyage details and your pick up location or hotel name and address.
Your scheduled pick up time will be clearly indicated on your confirmation voucher. If your departure time differs from your voyage itinerary please include a note in the remarks or send us an email after processing.
Our local transportation partner will reach out to you with a travel advisory via SMS or email regarding your trip details.
Please be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time.
The driver will wait for you for up to 30 minutes. If you are delayed longer than this time please email or message us to check if the driver is still available.
