Step 2: We Verify & Send Link

Our team will personally check room availability. If your requested dates are open, we will send your secure UnionBank payment link directly to your chosen contact channel

Step 3: Secure Your Stay.

Tap the secure link to pay via your preferred method (GCash, GrabPay, InstaPay, or secure Bank Transfer) to instantly lock in your dates. Once your payment is verified, we will email your official booking confirmation and check-in instructions.

Reservation Details

House Guidelines & Booking Terms

Check-In & Arrival at Tower 1

Our standard check-in time is at 12 noon. When you arrive, our friendly on-site coordinator will personally meet you at the Wind Residences Tower 1 Lobby. They will assist you with the building's reception clearance, hand over your unit keys, and safely guide you up to your room. If you think you will be arriving late or need an early check out, please give us a heads up at least a day in advance so we can coordinate smoothly. Because our team schedules arrivals ahead of time, unarranged schedules can unfortunately lead to a forfeited booking slot. A late arrival without early notice is subject to a fee of PHP 250 per hour to cover the coordinator's extra time.

Security Deposit

We collect a standard PHP 2,000 security deposit when you check in. This is fully refundable at check out once we do a quick inventory check to ensure everything is in its proper place and in good condition.

Rebooking Your Stay

If you need to change your travel dates, please request a rebooking at least sixteen days before your scheduled arrival. Rebookings are subject to room availability and any applicable seasonal calendar rate differences. Please note that requests made fifteen days or less before check in fall into our partial or non refundable cancellation windows and cannot be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your stay completely, please email us at wind@pearlhorizontravel.com.ph between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM Philippine Time.

All eligible refunds are net of gateway payment fees and a PHP 300 administrative fee
Cancellations made 16 or more days before your stay receive a full refund
Cancellations made between 11 and 15 days before check in receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 10 days or less before your arrival are non refundable.
Any notices received after 5:30 PM will be recorded on the next business day.

Visitors and Pets

To keep the space fresh and comfortable for everyone, the unit is strictly smoke free, pet free, and reserved only for our registered guests with no outside visitors allowed.

Building Security Desk

To comply with SMDC administration rules, we only need the lead guest to submit their valid government ID prior to arrival, along with the complete names of all companions. However, during check-in, SMDC reception and our on-site staff must strictly verify physical IDs for every single person in your group. Because the building enforces an exceptionally strict security policy, anyone whose name is missing from the pre-registered list or who cannot present an ID upon arrival will unfortunately not be permitted entry past the lobby desk.

Spotless Floors

We love keeping the floors perfectly clean for you! Please leave your outdoor shoes and slippers by the entrance because footwear used outside is strictly not allowed inside the unit. We have clean indoor slippers waiting for you to use inside, or you are more than welcome to bring your favorite clean pair from home.

Cooking Guidelines

You are welcome to do some light cooking, like whipping up breakfast eggs, pancakes, or sausages. We just ask that you avoid frying anything oily or highly aromatic like tuyo, as those intense scents can linger in the room fabrics.

Smart Aircon Usage

We want you to enjoy the fresh mountain air! If you decide to open the windows or the glass door leading to the balcony, please make sure to turn off the air conditioning unit. Leaving the balcony doors open while the aircon is running places severe mechanical stress on the cooling system and can cause it to break down.

Towels and Personal Care

We provide one fresh towel for each guest for the duration of your stay, and toilet paper is available in the bathroom. Please remember to pack your own personal toiletries like shampoo, soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste.

Balcony Care

Per building management regulations, please avoid hanging or drying clothes in areas that are clearly visible from the outside of the property.

Disposing of Trash

To keep the floor pristine and comply with building management policies, please do not place trash bags outside the unit door in the common hallway. If your room trash bin becomes full, you can dispose of your tied trash bags in the designated 19th floor trash room located just a short walk down the hallway near the green exit sign.

Extra Guest Setup

For groups of 3 to 4 guests, we gladly provide an additional blanket, one sleeping mat, and a mat cover to keep everyone cozy.

Using the Swimming Pool

If you want to take a dip, the community swimming pool can be used by paying the development fee directly to SMDC, which is PHP 150 on regular days and PHP 300 during holidays. Since the amenities are run completely by the building administration, please note that we are not responsible for their specific schedules, fees, availability, or maintenance restrictions.

Personal Liability Waiver

While we take every measure to provide a safe environment, Pearl Horizon Travel and the unit owner are not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or medical conditions that occur during your stay. Additionally, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or forgotten personal belongings inside the condo or within the development premises.

Checking Out & Key Return

We trust you will treat the condo with care and hand it over to us in a nice, tidy condition when it is time to depart. Our coordinator will meet you directly at the unit at your designated check-out time to collect the keys, perform a quick inventory check, and seamlessly hand back your security deposit.

Accidents and Damages

We know accidents can happen! To keep things transparent, please note that any property damage, missing items, or the need for intensive deep cleaning (such as removing heavy stains or lingering smoke/food odors) will be evaluated, and fair repair or replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit. Severe damage exceeding the deposit will be billed at current market value.
