Booking & Rates

• Rates are quoted in US Dollars on a per-person basis and require a minimum of two (2) adults traveling together

• Rates are based on standard travel dates, with peak season surcharges applying during high-demand holidays and embargo periods

• Rates apply to Philippine passport holders with valid travel visas (if required), while foreign passport holders may be subject to nationality-specific surcharges

• Rates are based on the lowest standard room category; if unavailable, the next available room or similar hotel will be offered at a rate difference

• Child rates and specific room configurations (such as single supplements or extra beds) are available upon request and subject to availability

Hotel Policies

• Standard hotel check-in is at 3:00 PM, and standard check-out is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM

• Guaranteed early check-in requires booking and paying for the previous night

• Late check-out is subject to availability; check-outs past 2:00 PM will automatically incur a full night's charge

• Hotels require a refundable incidental deposit upon check-in, which will be returned upon check-out

• The lead guest must present a valid passport at check-in, and unregistered room occupants are strictly prohibited

Transfers & Tours

• Airport transfers and tours operate on a shared basis unless a private service is specifically noted

• Guests must be in the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled pickup time for all transfers

• Each traveler is allowed one (1) standard-sized piece of luggage; additional or oversized baggage may be rejected by the driver or incur an extra fee

• Driver waiting time at the airport is a maximum of 1 hour after the flight lands; failure to appear will require guests to arrange their own transport at their own expense

• Flight changes must be advised at least 24 hours in advance; last-minute notices will not be accommodated and will result in forfeited transfer services

• In compliance with local transportation laws, seatbelts must be worn at all times during transfers for guest safety

Cancellations & Changes

• Once confirmed, all packages are strictly non-refundable, non-rebookable, and non-transferable

• No refunds will be issued for unused services, offloaded guests, no-shows, or travelers who do not pass airport immigration

• Any reinstatement of a canceled booking is strictly subject to availability and additional charges

• Pearl Horizon Travel will not be held liable for any surcharges or penalties imposed by suppliers due to force majeure events (such as severe weather, natural disasters, or emergencies) beyond our control
