Itinerary & Highlights * 09:00 AM: Hotel Pick-Up (Strictly within Panglao Area or Tagbilaran). * Blood Compact: Site of the first Spanish-Filipino treaty. * Baclayon Church: Centuries-old coral stone church. * Tarsier Sanctuary: Observe tiny primates in their natural habitat. * Optional Stops: Python and Butterfly Sanctuary or the Hanging Bridge. * Loboc/Loay River Cruise: Savor a local lunch on a shared floating restaurant gliding past lush, emerald banks. * Bilar Man-Made Forest: Drive through a dense, cooling mahogany canopy. * Chocolate Hills: Marvel at thousands of iconic cone-shaped hills. * Optional ATV/Buggy: Off-road base adventure (30 mins or 1 hour). * Aproniana Souvenir Shop: Browse local crafts. * 04:00 PM: Travel back to your hotel (activity ends at 5:00 PM). Additional Details & Terms * Duration: 8 hours (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM). Guests are advised to bring water. * Mobility: 25M flat concrete to the river raft; 100M walk with 20-degree slopes at Tarsier Sanctuary; 50M bamboo bridge crossing (if opted); flat concrete at Chocolate Hills with an optional 213 steps to the promenade. * Dress Code: Baclayon Church strictly requires modest attire (no shorts, miniskirts, sleeveless tops). Closed every Tuesday. * Weather Policy: In extreme weather, the river cruise is suspended, and guests are brought to an alternative restaurant. * Child Policy: No age limit. Children 2 and below are free. Inclusions * Private transportation and dedicated driver guide. * Hotel pick-up and drop-off (Strictly within Panglao Area or Tagbilaran only). * Shared Loboc/Loay River Cruise with lunch. * Entrance fees to Tarsier Sanctuary, Loboc/Loay River, and Chocolate Hills. * Bottled water during the tour. Terms & Conditions
Local Operations Pearl Horizon Travel acts strictly as a booking intermediary for regional tours and transfers (e.g., Boracay, Bohol, Cebu, Iloilo). All on-the-ground execution is managed by verified local partners, and their specific operational limitations apply. Booking Timelines, Amendments & No-Shows * Booking Cut-Off: Bookings must be finalized and confirmed by 13:00 (1:00 PM) Philippine Time the day prior to service. * Amendments: Changes (e.g., time, passenger count, locations) requested within twelve (12) hours of the service may be declined. * No-Shows: Guests failing to appear at their designated pick-up/meet-up point will be charged 100% without refund. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations must be submitted via email. As explicitly stated in our General Terms & Conditions, all eligible refunds are strictly subject to Admin and Bank Processing Fees. The refund matrix (less applicable fees) is: * 35+ Days Notice: Full refund * 10 to 34 Days Notice: 50% cancellation fee * 9 Days or Less: 100% cancellation fee Baggage Restrictions * Allowances: Shared transfers allow 1 hand-carry and 1 check-in bag (max 30 kg) per passenger ; excess incurs a ₱250.00 fee per piece. Chartered transfers allow excess if it fits safely within the vehicle. * Restrictions & Searches: Subject to search and boarding refusal. Hazardous goods, firearms, improperly packed perishables, and IMDG cargo are strictly prohibited. Caged pets with a Quarantine Permit travel at the owner's risk. Service Disruption & Force Majeure Operators will attempt alternatives during breakdowns. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or refunds caused by Force Majeure (e.g., extreme weather, disasters, strikes, port closures). Limitation of Liability for Baggage & Missed Flights * Baggage: Liability is capped at actual cost or ₱3,000.00/item (whichever is lower). Excludes normal wear, protruding parts, and fragile/improperly packed items. Found items held 30 days. * Missed Flights: Capped at ₱10,000.00/guest (inclusive of all expenses); applies ONLY for the operator's proven gross negligence. Excludes delays from tardiness, weather, traffic, or airlines. Operator determines compensation (flights/lodging) ; unauthorized bookings are non-refundable. Governing Policy Hierarchy These service-specific terms supersede our general website policies for these transfers. For all other matters, the Pearl Horizon Travel General Terms and Conditions remain in full effect.
