Itinerary & Highlights * 05:30 AM – Hotel Pick-Up: Begin your day with a comfortable, private transfer strictly from your accommodation within the Panglao Area. * 07:00 AM – Pamilacan Arrival: Step onto the shores of this pristine island. Keep an eye on the horizon for wild dolphin sightings during the boat transit. * 07:00 AM – Marine Exploration: Enjoy extensive free time and guided snorkeling sessions. Additional Details & Terms * Duration: Approximately 8 to 9 hours (05:30 AM to 02:00 PM). * Wildlife Disclaimer: Dolphin sightings are a major highlight; however, they are not 100% guaranteed as these majestic creatures are wild, free-roaming, and not captured. * Weather Conditions: All marine travel times and exact schedules will strictly depend on daily weather and sea conditions to ensure your absolute safety. * Pricing Notice: Please be advised that all published prices are subject to change without prior notice. Inclusions * Private transportation during the tour. * Hotel pick-up and drop-off (Strictly limited to the Panglao Area only). * Entrance fees and guide fees for Turtle Watching, Coral Garden, and Fish Sanctuary. * Use of snorkeling gear. * All required government fees. * Lunch provided on the island. Exclusions * Pick-up or drop-off services outside the designated Panglao Area boundaries.
Terms & Conditions
Local Operations Pearl Horizon Travel acts strictly as a booking intermediary for regional tours and transfers (e.g., Boracay, Bohol, Cebu, Iloilo). All on-the-ground execution is managed by verified local partners, and their specific operational limitations apply. Booking Timelines, Amendments & No-Shows * Booking Cut-Off: Bookings must be finalized and confirmed by 13:00 (1:00 PM) Philippine Time the day prior to service. * Amendments: Changes (e.g., time, passenger count, locations) requested within twelve (12) hours of the service may be declined. * No-Shows: Guests failing to appear at their designated pick-up/meet-up point will be charged 100% without refund. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations must be submitted via email. As explicitly stated in our General Terms & Conditions, all eligible refunds are strictly subject to Admin and Bank Processing Fees. The refund matrix (less applicable fees) is: * 35+ Days Notice: Full refund * 10 to 34 Days Notice: 50% cancellation fee * 9 Days or Less: 100% cancellation fee Baggage Restrictions * Allowances: Shared transfers allow 1 hand-carry and 1 check-in bag (max 30 kg) per passenger ; excess incurs a ₱250.00 fee per piece. Chartered transfers allow excess if it fits safely within the vehicle. * Restrictions & Searches: Subject to search and boarding refusal. Hazardous goods, firearms, improperly packed perishables, and IMDG cargo are strictly prohibited. Caged pets with a Quarantine Permit travel at the owner's risk. Service Disruption & Force Majeure Operators will attempt alternatives during breakdowns. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or refunds caused by Force Majeure (e.g., extreme weather, disasters, strikes, port closures). Limitation of Liability for Baggage & Missed Flights * Baggage: Liability is capped at actual cost or ₱3,000.00/item (whichever is lower). Excludes normal wear, protruding parts, and fragile/improperly packed items. Found items held 30 days. * Missed Flights: Capped at ₱10,000.00/guest (inclusive of all expenses); applies ONLY for the operator's proven gross negligence. Excludes delays from tardiness, weather, traffic, or airlines. Operator determines compensation (flights/lodging) ; unauthorized bookings are non-refundable. Governing Policy Hierarchy These service-specific terms supersede our general website policies for these transfers. For all other matters, the Pearl Horizon Travel General Terms and Conditions remain in full effect.
