Quick Facts & Need-to-Know * Duration & Time: 15-minute flight, available daily from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. * Group Size: You can choose to fly solo or ride together as a group of 2 to 3 people. * Weight & Age Limit: Maximum weight limit is 80 kg per person. All participants must be 8 years old and above. * Meetup Point: Astoria Boracay Station 1 or TGH The Grill House Sportsbar (Activity Area). * During Habagat Season, the meetup shifts to Bulabog Beach with Moksha Cafe as the landmark. Inclusions * A thrilling 15-minute parasailing experience in the skies above Boracay. * Use of a life jacket and complete safety gear for a secure and worry-free flight. * Guidance from a local English-speaking instructor. * Boat transfer from the beach shoreline directly to the floating activity platform. * Professional on-ground logistic assistance and coordination. Exclusions * Hotel pick-up and drop-off are not provided; please proceed directly to the meetup point. * Personal expenses, souvenirs, and professional photography are not included.
Terms & Conditions
Local Operations Pearl Horizon Travel acts strictly as a booking intermediary for regional tours and transfers (e.g., Boracay, Bohol, Cebu, Iloilo). All on-the-ground execution is managed by verified local partners, and their specific operational limitations apply. Booking Timelines, Amendments & No-Shows * Booking Cut-Off: Bookings must be finalized and confirmed by 13:00 (1:00 PM) Philippine Time the day prior to service. * Amendments: Changes (e.g., time, passenger count, locations) requested within twelve (12) hours of the service may be declined. * No-Shows: Guests failing to appear at their designated pick-up/meet-up point will be charged 100% without refund. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations must be submitted via email. As explicitly stated in our General Terms & Conditions, all eligible refunds are strictly subject to Admin and Bank Processing Fees. The refund matrix (less applicable fees) is: * 35+ Days Notice: Full refund * 10 to 34 Days Notice: 50% cancellation fee * 9 Days or Less: 100% cancellation fee Baggage Restrictions * Allowances: Shared transfers allow 1 hand-carry and 1 check-in bag (max 30 kg) per passenger ; excess incurs a ₱250.00 fee per piece. Chartered transfers allow excess if it fits safely within the vehicle. * Restrictions & Searches: Subject to search and boarding refusal. Hazardous goods, firearms, improperly packed perishables, and IMDG cargo are strictly prohibited. Caged pets with a Quarantine Permit travel at the owner's risk. Service Disruption & Force Majeure Operators will attempt alternatives during breakdowns. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or refunds caused by Force Majeure (e.g., extreme weather, disasters, strikes, port closures). Limitation of Liability for Baggage & Missed Flights * Baggage: Liability is capped at actual cost or ₱3,000.00/item (whichever is lower). Excludes normal wear, protruding parts, and fragile/improperly packed items. Found items held 30 days. * Missed Flights: Capped at ₱10,000.00/guest (inclusive of all expenses); applies ONLY for the operator's proven gross negligence. Excludes delays from tardiness, weather, traffic, or airlines. Operator determines compensation (flights/lodging) ; unauthorized bookings are non-refundable. Governing Policy Hierarchy These service-specific terms supersede our general website policies for these transfers. For all other matters, the Pearl Horizon Travel General Terms and Conditions remain in full effect.
