Discover Scuba (Introductory) Non-licensed option. Perfect for those wanting to feel the freedom of weightlessness for the first time. Over 3 to 4 hours, a professional PADI instructor will teach you the basics of equipment and breathing before guiding you on a safe, supervised dive to witness the reef's vibrant architecture. Fun Dive (Licensed) Requires a valid PADI license. For the certified diver seeking to explore Boracay’s finest underwater topography. This 1-hour guided dive connects you with local experts who will lead you through stunning coral gardens tailored to your certification level. Open Diving (Open Water Course) Full certification program. Transform your connection to the ocean by earning your PADI Open Water Diver Certification. This comprehensive, performance-based course requires a minimum of 31 hours and equips you with the international standard for diving. Inclusions * Meet up at Dive Gurus Resort * Logistic Assistance * Professional PADI instructor * Diving equipment and gear * PADI certification (for open diving course only) * Bottled water & towel Important Terms All PADI courses are performance-based, not time-based. The Open Water Certification averages 4 days. If a student requires more time to learn and complete the course beyond the allocated 4 days, a 10% surcharge per exceeded day applies. This surcharge is payable directly to the operator in cash (PHP).
Terms & Conditions
Local Operations Pearl Horizon Travel acts strictly as a booking intermediary for regional tours and transfers (e.g., Boracay, Bohol, Cebu, Iloilo). All on-the-ground execution is managed by verified local partners, and their specific operational limitations apply. Booking Timelines, Amendments & No-Shows * Booking Cut-Off: Bookings must be finalized and confirmed by 13:00 (1:00 PM) Philippine Time the day prior to service. * Amendments: Changes (e.g., time, passenger count, locations) requested within twelve (12) hours of the service may be declined. * No-Shows: Guests failing to appear at their designated pick-up/meet-up point will be charged 100% without refund. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations must be submitted via email. As explicitly stated in our General Terms & Conditions, all eligible refunds are strictly subject to Admin and Bank Processing Fees. The refund matrix (less applicable fees) is: * 35+ Days Notice: Full refund * 10 to 34 Days Notice: 50% cancellation fee * 9 Days or Less: 100% cancellation fee Baggage Restrictions * Allowances: Shared transfers allow 1 hand-carry and 1 check-in bag (max 30 kg) per passenger ; excess incurs a ₱250.00 fee per piece. Chartered transfers allow excess if it fits safely within the vehicle. * Restrictions & Searches: Subject to search and boarding refusal. Hazardous goods, firearms, improperly packed perishables, and IMDG cargo are strictly prohibited. Caged pets with a Quarantine Permit travel at the owner's risk. Service Disruption & Force Majeure Operators will attempt alternatives during breakdowns. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or refunds caused by Force Majeure (e.g., extreme weather, disasters, strikes, port closures). Limitation of Liability for Baggage & Missed Flights * Baggage: Liability is capped at actual cost or ₱3,000.00/item (whichever is lower). Excludes normal wear, protruding parts, and fragile/improperly packed items. Found items held 30 days. * Missed Flights: Capped at ₱10,000.00/guest (inclusive of all expenses); applies ONLY for the operator's proven gross negligence. Excludes delays from tardiness, weather, traffic, or airlines. Operator determines compensation (flights/lodging) ; unauthorized bookings are non-refundable. Governing Policy Hierarchy These service-specific terms supersede our general website policies for these transfers. For all other matters, the Pearl Horizon Travel General Terms and Conditions remain in full effect.
