Itinerary & Highlights * 05:00 AM – 07:00 AM Pick-Up: Early morning departure strictly from hotels within the Tri-Cities (Cebu City, Mandaue City, or Lapu-Lapu City). * Breakfast Stop: A brief stop for a morning meal (strictly at the guest's own expense). * Moalboal Arrival & Island Hopping: Board your vessel to explore the vibrant corals of Pescador Island. * Sardine Run & Turtle Bay: Snorkel through the famous, massive schools of sardines and get guided assistance to safely spot sea turtles. * Mantayupan Falls: Relax and swim in one of Cebu’s highest and most majestic waterfalls. * Lunch: Enjoy a hearty set menu lunch between activities. * 03:00 PM – Drop-Off: Conclude your marine adventure with an afternoon arrival back at your hotel. Additional Details & Terms * Age Requirements: There are no minimum age restrictions for this tour. Children 3 years old and below join completely free of charge. * What to Bring: Guests are strictly advised to bring proper swimwear, extra clothes, and ample sun protection. Inclusions * Free pick-up and drop-off (Strictly from Tri-Cities: Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu, or Cebu City). * Boat ride for Moalboal Island Hopping (Pescador Island, Sardine Run, and Turtle Bay). * Dedicated boat guides specifically to assist in finding the turtles. * Life jackets, snorkels, and masks/goggles. * All entrance fees and government fees. * Set menu lunch and bottled water. * Entrance and access to Mantayupan Falls. Exclusions * Pick-up or drop-off outside the specified Tri-Cities area. * Breakfast (at the guest's own expense).
Terms & Conditions
Local Operations Pearl Horizon Travel acts strictly as a booking intermediary for regional tours and transfers (e.g., Boracay, Bohol, Cebu, Iloilo). All on-the-ground execution is managed by verified local partners, and their specific operational limitations apply. Booking Timelines, Amendments & No-Shows * Booking Cut-Off: Bookings must be finalized and confirmed by 13:00 (1:00 PM) Philippine Time the day prior to service. * Amendments: Changes (e.g., time, passenger count, locations) requested within twelve (12) hours of the service may be declined. * No-Shows: Guests failing to appear at their designated pick-up/meet-up point will be charged 100% without refund. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations must be submitted via email. As explicitly stated in our General Terms & Conditions, all eligible refunds are strictly subject to Admin and Bank Processing Fees. The refund matrix (less applicable fees) is: * 35+ Days Notice: Full refund * 10 to 34 Days Notice: 50% cancellation fee * 9 Days or Less: 100% cancellation fee Baggage Restrictions * Allowances: Shared transfers allow 1 hand-carry and 1 check-in bag (max 30 kg) per passenger ; excess incurs a ₱250.00 fee per piece. Chartered transfers allow excess if it fits safely within the vehicle. * Restrictions & Searches: Subject to search and boarding refusal. Hazardous goods, firearms, improperly packed perishables, and IMDG cargo are strictly prohibited. Caged pets with a Quarantine Permit travel at the owner's risk. Service Disruption & Force Majeure Operators will attempt alternatives during breakdowns. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or refunds caused by Force Majeure (e.g., extreme weather, disasters, strikes, port closures). Limitation of Liability for Baggage & Missed Flights * Baggage: Liability is capped at actual cost or ₱3,000.00/item (whichever is lower). Excludes normal wear, protruding parts, and fragile/improperly packed items. Found items held 30 days. * Missed Flights: Capped at ₱10,000.00/guest (inclusive of all expenses); applies ONLY for the operator's proven gross negligence. Excludes delays from tardiness, weather, traffic, or airlines. Operator determines compensation (flights/lodging) ; unauthorized bookings are non-refundable. Governing Policy Hierarchy These service-specific terms supersede our general website policies for these transfers. For all other matters, the Pearl Horizon Travel General Terms and Conditions remain in full effect.
