Itinerary & Highlights * 02:30 AM – Tri-City Pick-Up: Early morning private transfer strictly for guests staying within Cebu City, Mandaue City, or Lapu-Lapu City. * 05:30 AM – Oslob Pick-Up: Alternative morning pick-up time strictly for guests already staying in Oslob hotels. * Oslob Whale Shark Watching: Arrive in Southern Cebu to snorkel and swim alongside the largest known extant fish species in their natural habitat. * Kawasan Canyoneering & Falls (Badian): Show your strength in one of the region's most extreme outdoor activities. Trek, jump, and swim through deep river canyons to the famous falls. * Lunch: Replenish your energy with a hearty set menu lunch. * Drop-Off: Conclude your adventure with a comfortable return trip to your hotel. Additional Details & Terms * Duration: Expect a 14 to 16-hour activity day. * Strict LGU Registration: To comply with the Local Government Unit (LGU) online system, all tourists must submit their full names, nationality, age, and gender at least one day before booking. * Health & Age Restrictions: Due to extreme physical demands, this tour is NOT recommended for individuals with health concerns or children under 15 years old. * Childcare Policy: Parents bringing children under 7 years old must pay an additional on-site fee of PHP 700 directly to the guide for local childcare. * What to Bring: Guests are advised to bring extra shirts and a change of clothes. Inclusions * Private and exclusive tour transportation. * Free pick-up and drop-off (Strictly from Tri-Cities: Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu, Cebu City, or Oslob hotels). * Professional local guide. * Canyoneering safety gear and snorkeling equipment. * All required entrance and environmental fees. * Set menu lunch and bottled water.
Terms & Conditions
Local Operations Pearl Horizon Travel acts strictly as a booking intermediary for regional tours and transfers (e.g., Boracay, Bohol, Cebu, Iloilo). All on-the-ground execution is managed by verified local partners, and their specific operational limitations apply. Booking Timelines, Amendments & No-Shows * Booking Cut-Off: Bookings must be finalized and confirmed by 13:00 (1:00 PM) Philippine Time the day prior to service. * Amendments: Changes (e.g., time, passenger count, locations) requested within twelve (12) hours of the service may be declined. * No-Shows: Guests failing to appear at their designated pick-up/meet-up point will be charged 100% without refund. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations must be submitted via email. As explicitly stated in our General Terms & Conditions, all eligible refunds are strictly subject to Admin and Bank Processing Fees. The refund matrix (less applicable fees) is: * 35+ Days Notice: Full refund * 10 to 34 Days Notice: 50% cancellation fee * 9 Days or Less: 100% cancellation fee Baggage Restrictions * Allowances: Shared transfers allow 1 hand-carry and 1 check-in bag (max 30 kg) per passenger ; excess incurs a ₱250.00 fee per piece. Chartered transfers allow excess if it fits safely within the vehicle. * Restrictions & Searches: Subject to search and boarding refusal. Hazardous goods, firearms, improperly packed perishables, and IMDG cargo are strictly prohibited. Caged pets with a Quarantine Permit travel at the owner's risk. Service Disruption & Force Majeure Operators will attempt alternatives during breakdowns. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or refunds caused by Force Majeure (e.g., extreme weather, disasters, strikes, port closures). Limitation of Liability for Baggage & Missed Flights * Baggage: Liability is capped at actual cost or ₱3,000.00/item (whichever is lower). Excludes normal wear, protruding parts, and fragile/improperly packed items. Found items held 30 days. * Missed Flights: Capped at ₱10,000.00/guest (inclusive of all expenses); applies ONLY for the operator's proven gross negligence. Excludes delays from tardiness, weather, traffic, or airlines. Operator determines compensation (flights/lodging) ; unauthorized bookings are non-refundable. Governing Policy Hierarchy These service-specific terms supersede our general website policies for these transfers. For all other matters, the Pearl Horizon Travel General Terms and Conditions remain in full effect.
