Mandatory Entry Requirements In compliance with 2026 local regulations, all travelers are required to register via the official eTravel portal to generate a personal QR code prior to arrival. Upon arrival at the Caticlan/Kalibo jetty port, guests must present their eTravel QR code along with the DOT-Accredited Hotel Voucher provided by Pearl Horizon Travel.

Any modifications to dates or guest counts may result in a repricing of the package based on current market rates. 2. Third-Party Supplier Policies Reservations made under this promotion are subject to the specific fare rules, cancellation policies, and terms of use mandated by our third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, and local service operators. Clients acknowledge that promotional fares and room allotments often carry restrictive terms regarding modifications and cancellations. 3. Cancellations & Administrative Deductions In the event that a cancellation or refund is deemed eligible under the aforementioned supplier terms, please be advised that the final refundable amount shall be subject to the deduction of: - Administrative Service Fees: To cover the labor and processing costs incurred by the Agency. - Transaction Charges: Including bank fees and payment gateway commissions (e.g., PayPal/Credit Card fees) which are non-recoverable by the Agency. 4.
