If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or an alternative tour. * Children must be accompanied by an adult. Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions. * Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair. * Comfortable walking attire is recommended, as you may get wet during the boat ride. Please bring drinking water, as this tour requires a moderate amount of walking. * All times are approximate. Your actual pickup time will be communicated to you through your hotel or contact details before the scheduled tour. Fees to be paid on site: * ₱150/PAX Puerto Princesa Environmental Fee (valid for up to 10 days) Inclusions: Your package includes the service of a licensed tour guide, air-conditioned van transfers, entry permits, boat transfers, a picnic lunch, audio tour device rental, parking, and wharf fees. Exclusions: The tour does not include additional food and drinks (unless specified), optional gratuities, and souvenir pictures (available for purchase).
Terms & Conditions
Local Operations All Palawan tours booked through Pearl Horizon Travel are executed by our verified local operating partners on the ground. Pearl Horizon Travel acts strictly as a booking intermediary. Quoted rates and transfers are based on a "seat-in-coach" (shared) basis , meaning exact pick-up times may fluctuate depending on group size and local conditions. The Client acknowledges that local partners manage execution and safety protocols. Strict compliance with safety equipment is mandatory , and smoking, drinking alcohol, or littering inside transport vehicles is strictly prohibited. Guests are fully responsible for their valuables; operators are not liable for any lost items. Amendments, Punctuality & No-Shows Punctuality: Guests must be at the designated pick-up point 15 minutes before the schedule. Late arrivals are considered no-shows, resulting in 100% forfeiture without refund Amendments: Change fees (per person/tour) * ₱500 (7+ days notice) * ₱1,500 (under 7 days) * ₱2,000 (on-ground rescheduling, excluding weather/holidays) * Custom pick-ups or drop-offs incur extra charges. Cancellation & Refund Policy * Cancellations must be emailed. Per General T&Cs, eligible refunds are subject to Admin and Bank Fees. * Bundled Packages: Any tour package that includes flights, ferry tickets, and/or hotel accommodations is strictly non-refundable once booked and ticketed. * 35+ Days Notice: Full refund (tour-only). * 10 to 34 Days Notice: 50% cancellation fee (tour-only). * 9 Days or Less: 100% cancellation fee (no refunds). Weather & Force Majeure If a tour is officially cancelled due to weather or Force Majeure (by Coast Guard, government, or operators), the Client receives a Full Refund as an Account Credit (Travel Fund) for future use. Governing Policy Hierarchy These Palawan-specific terms supersede our general website policies for these tours. For all other matters, the Pearl Horizon Travel General Terms and Conditions remain in full effect.
