Day 1: Arrival in Singapore

Arrival at Changi International Airport and proceed to the airport information counter for transfer assistance
Transfer to your hotel for check-in and free time at leisure
Airport transfer driver waiting time is up to 1.5 hours after flight arrival

Day 2: Half-Day Singapore City Tour

Morning breakfast at the hotel
Hotel lobby pick-up between 09:00 AM and 09:30 AM (guests are requested to be at the concierge desk 15 minutes prior)
Scenic drive past Suntec City and the iconic Singapore Flyer
Photo stop at Merlion Park followed by a visit to Thian Hock Keng Temple in Chinatown
Drive through Little India, visit a local souvenir shop, and enjoy a 30-minute stop at Gardens by the Bay before transferring back to the hotel
Admission to Flower Dome, Cloud Forest, and OCBC Skyway is excluded; guests purchasing conservatory tickets must arrange their own return transport to the hotel
City tour is strictly scheduled for Day 2 on a shared basis and is non-refundable or rebookable if unutilized or missed

Enjoy free time at leisure until checkout and transfer to Changi International Airport for your departure flight
Guests must be at the hotel concierge desk 10 to 15 minutes prior to transfer pickup; vehicles observe a strict 7-minute maximum waiting time before proceeding

Attractions & Weather Closures: Outdoor attractions, tours, and scheduled shows are subject to operational closure due to inclement weather, capacity limits, or routine maintenance, and are non-refundable under such events.

Mandatory Travel Documentation: Travelers are solely responsible for completing all required government digital entry forms prior to arrival. Failure to submit mandatory entry requirements is not grounds for a package refund.

Limitation of Liability: Pearl Horizon Travel’s liability, if any, is strictly limited to the package price paid, and we assume no responsibility for any consequential or indirect losses arising from the trip.

Booking & Rates

Rates are quoted in US Dollars on a per-person basis for a minimum of two (2) adults traveling together; room confirmations and rates remain subject to change until guaranteed by advance reservation
Rates apply to Philippine passport holders with valid travel visas (if required); foreign passport holders are subject to nationality-specific surcharges
Rates are based on standard travel dates and the lowest standard room category; during high/peak/embargo periods, peak surcharges apply, and if standard rooms are unavailable, the next room category or a similar hotel will be offered at a rate difference
Child rates, single supplements, triple sharing, or extra bed requests are available upon request; one (1) child or infant sharing a room with only one (1) adult will be charged at the full adult rate
Passport details, flight itineraries, and any special service requests must be submitted once the booking is guaranteed; special requests are subject to availability and additional charges upon check-in

Hotel Policies

Standard hotel check-in is at 3:00 PM, and standard check-out is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM
Guaranteed early check-in requires booking and paying for the previous night; late check-outs past 2:00 PM will automatically incur a full night's charge
The lead guest must present a valid passport at check-in; unregistered room occupants ("sneak-ins") are strictly prohibited at the guest's own risk
Hotels require a refundable incidental deposit upon check-in, which will be returned upon check-out

Transfers & Tours

Airport transfers and tours operate on a shared (seat-in-coach) basis unless a private service is specified
Guests must be in the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled pickup time for all transfers; in compliance with local laws, seatbelts must be worn at all times
Driver waiting time at the airport is a maximum of 1 hour post-landing; late arrivals or failure to appear require guests to arrange their own transport at their own expense without transfer refunds
Flight schedule changes require at least 24 hours advance notice to re-arrange transfers (subject to penalty surcharges); same-day or last-minute notices cannot be accommodated
Transfers operating outside the standard airport terminals specified in the package will incur an additional transfer surcharge
Each traveler is allowed one (1) standard-sized piece of luggage; excess or oversized baggage may be rejected by the driver or billed as an additional transfer charge directly to the passenger

Cancellations & Changes

Once confirmed, all packages are strictly non-refundable, non-rebookable, non-transferable, and non-modifiable
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, offloaded guests, travelers who do not pass airport immigration, or any unused tour/transfer services
Any reinstatement of a canceled booking is strictly subject to room/service availability and additional charges
Pearl Horizon Travel will not be held liable for any surcharges, penalties, or service interruptions caused by force majeure events (such as severe weather, typhoons, accidents, or emergencies) beyond our control
