Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Boracay

Arrive at Caticlan Airport, locate and approach the Southwest counter outside the arrival area, and proceed with your shared land and sea transfer service to the hotel.
Each guest is allowed two (2) pieces of hand-carried luggage; excess luggage is subject to a fee of PHP 250 per piece.
Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure; overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Shared Boracay Island Hopping Tour

Breakfast at the hotel.
08:30 AM: Meet at Astoria Boracay Station 1 or TGH The Grill House Sportsbar (During Habagat Season: Meetup at Bulabog Beach near Moksha Cafe).
09:00 AM – 09:30 AM: Tour briefing and preparation.
09:30 AM – 02:30 PM: Island hopping tour featuring stops at Puka Beach (or Balinghai/Ilig-iligan Beach), snorkeling at Coral Garden or Crocodile Island, optional entrance to Crystal Cove (PHP 300/pax entrance fee), and a buffet lunch with a Kawa photo op.
Optional PHP 100 environmental fee applies for snorkeling activities.
Tour concludes at 02:30 PM; spend the rest of the day at leisure and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Boracay at Your Own Pace

Breakfast at the hotel.
Enjoy the entire day at your own leisure to explore the island, relax along White Beach, or sample local dining spots.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Departure from Boracay

Breakfast at the hotel.
Enjoy free time at leisure until hotel check-out and shared Southwest transfer back to Caticlan Airport.
Guests must be at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to departure transfer pick-up time.

Attractions & Weather Closures: Outdoor attractions, tours, and scheduled shows are subject to operational closure due to inclement weather, capacity limits, or routine maintenance, and are non-refundable under such events.

Mandatory Travel Documentation: Travelers are solely responsible for completing all required government digital entry forms prior to arrival. Failure to submit mandatory entry requirements is not grounds for a package refund.

Limitation of Liability: Pearl Horizon Travel’s liability, if any, is strictly limited to the package price paid, and we assume no responsibility for any consequential or indirect losses arising from the trip.

Booking & Rates

Rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) on a per person basis for a minimum of two (2) adults traveling together; advance reservation is required, and room confirmations remain strictly subject to hotel availability at the point of booking and rate changes without prior notice.
Package rates apply exclusively to local Philippine residents. Foreign passport holders are subject to hotel-determined surcharges, and failure to declare foreign passports prior to booking finalization will result in charges automatically billed to the account.
Rates are not applicable during high, peak, or super peak periods.
Child rates are available upon request and subject to computation; children aged 6 years and above are classified as adults by the hotel.
Rates are based on the lowest standard room category; if unavailable, the next available category or a similar class hotel will be offered at a price difference.
Complete flight itineraries must be submitted once the booking is guaranteed, and all special service requests remain subject to availability and additional charges upon check-in.

Hotel Policies

Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM (1500 hrs), and standard check-out time is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Early check-in is subject to room availability; guaranteed early check-in requires booking and paying for the preceding night.

Transfers & Tours

All airport transfers and tours operate on a shared (seat-in-coach) basis.
Same-day or last-minute flight schedule notices cannot be accommodated, requiring guests to arrange transport independently at their own expense.
Guests must be waiting in the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure pickup times. Pearl Horizon Travel will not be held liable if guests fail to catch the shared transfer resulting in missed flights or unnecessary incidents.
Baggage allowance is limited to one (1) piece per person. If excess baggage requires an additional transport vehicle, costs will be billed directly to the passenger.

Cancellations & Force Majeure

Strictly no cancellation, modification, or refund upon booking confirmation.
No refunds or credits will be extended for no-shows, offloaded guests, or any unused tour, hotel, or transfer services; no-shows on booked dates render all services forfeited.
Any booking reinstatement is subject strictly to availability and applicable additional charges.
Pearl Horizon Travel and its partners will not be held liable for surcharges, penalties, or service interruptions caused by force majeure events (such as severe weather, typhoons, accidents, rallies, or public emergencies) beyond agency control.
