Booking & Rates

• Rates are quoted in US Dollars on a per person basis for a minimum of two (2) adults traveling together; room confirmations and rates remain subject to change until guaranteed by advance reservation.

• Rates apply to Philippine passport holders with valid travel visas (if required); foreign passport holders are subject to nationality-specific surcharges, and failure to declare foreign passports prior to booking finalization will incur applicable rate adjustments.

• Rates are based on standard travel dates and the lowest standard room category; during high, peak, super peak, embargo, or closed-out periods, peak surcharges apply. If standard rooms are unavailable, the next room category or a similar hotel will be offered at a rate difference.

• Child rates, single supplements, triple sharing, or extra bed requests are available upon request and subject to hotel policy, computation, and room availability.

• Passport details, flight itineraries, and special service requests must be submitted once the booking is guaranteed; special requests remain subject to availability and hotel charges upon check-in.

Hotel Policies

• Standard hotel check-in is at 3:00 PM (1500 hrs), and standard check-out is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

• Guaranteed early check-in requires booking and paying for the previous night. Late check-out is subject to room availability up to 2:00 PM (1400 hrs); check-outs past this time will automatically incur a full one-night charge.

• The lead guest must present a valid passport upon check-in. Unregistered room occupants ("sneak-ins") are strictly prohibited, and any resulting charges or penalties are at the guest's own risk.

• Hotels require a refundable incidental deposit upon check-in (amount varies per hotel category), which will be returned upon check-out.

Transfers & Tours

• Airport transfers and tours operate on a shared (seat-in-coach) basis unless a private service is specified.

• Guests must be in the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pickup times. In compliance with local transportation laws, seatbelts must be worn at all times during transfers and tours.

• Driver waiting time at the airport is a maximum of 1 hour post-landing. Failure to appear at the designated pickup point requires guests to arrange their own transport at their own expense without transfer refunds.

• Transfers included in this package are strictly routed via Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK); arriving at or departing from alternate terminals or airports such as Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) will incur additional transfer surcharges.

• Flight schedule changes require at least 24 hours advance notice to re-arrange transfers (subject to penalty surcharges). Same-day or last-minute flight notices cannot be accommodated, and guests will be advised to arrange transport independently.

• Each traveler is allowed one (1) standard-sized piece of luggage. Excess or oversized baggage may be rejected by the driver or billed as an additional transfer charge directly to the passenger.

Cancellations & Changes

• Once confirmed, all packages are strictly non-refundable, non-rebookable, non-transferable, and non-modifiable.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows, offloaded guests, travelers who fail airport immigration checks, or any unused tour and transfer services.

• Any reinstatement of a canceled booking is strictly subject to room/service availability and additional charges.

• Pearl Horizon Travel will not be held liable for any surcharges, penalties, or service interruptions caused by force majeure events (such as severe weather, typhoons, accidents, rallies, or public emergencies) beyond our control.
