Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Hong Kong

Arrive at Hong Kong International Airport, proceed to the assigned meetup point, and transfer to hotel for check-in (standard check-in: 3:00 PM / 1500 hrs).
Shared airport transfers operate strictly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM Hong Kong Time.
Airport transfer driver waiting time is a maximum of 1.5 hours after scheduled flight arrival; failure to appear requires guests to arrange self-paid hotel transfer without refund.

Day 2: Shared Half-Day Hong Kong City Tour + Ocean Park Tour

Complimentary outside breakfast provided.
Hotel pickup for compulsory city tour: visit West Kowloon Art Park, photo stops at HK Palace Museum and Avenue of Stars, plus two compulsory shopping stops.
Lunch on guest's own arrangement and account.
Afternoon transfer to Ocean Park (approximate arrival time on or before 2:30 PM / 1430 hrs). The tour guide will hand over admission tickets and coordinate the transfer after the city tour.
Compulsory guide tipping of HKD 50 per person will be collected after the city tour.
Skipping the compulsory shopping stops will incur an applicable surcharge.
Participation in the city tour is strictly mandatory to receive the complimentary breakfast and Ocean Park admission/transfers; opting out forfeits these inclusions.
City tour, complimentary breakfast, and Ocean Park arrangements are fixed on Day 2.

Day 3: Departure

Complimentary outside breakfast provided.
Enjoy free time at leisure until hotel check-out and shared transfer to Hong Kong International Airport.
Airport departure transfers operate strictly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM Hong Kong Time; guests must be at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to pickup time.

Attractions & Weather Closures: Outdoor attractions, tours, and scheduled shows are subject to operational closure due to inclement weather, capacity limits, or routine maintenance, and are non-refundable under such events.

Mandatory Travel Documentation: Travelers are solely responsible for completing all required government digital entry forms prior to arrival. Failure to submit mandatory entry requirements is not grounds for a package refund.

Limitation of Liability: Pearl Horizon Travel’s liability, if any, is strictly limited to the package price paid, and we assume no responsibility for any consequential or indirect losses arising from the trip.

Booking & Rates

Rates are quoted in US Dollars on a per person basis for a minimum of two (2) adults traveling together; room confirmations and rates remain subject to change until guaranteed by advance reservation.
Package rates apply to Philippine passport holders with valid travel visas (if required); foreign passport holders are subject to nationality-specific surcharges, and failure to declare foreign passports prior to booking finalization will automatically be charged to the agent's account.
One (1) child or infant sharing a room with only one (1) adult will automatically be charged at the full adult rate; general child rates, single supplements, triple sharing, or extra beds are available upon request and subject to hotel policy and computation.
Rates are based on standard travel dates and the lowest standard room category; during high, peak, super peak, embargo, or closed-out periods, peak surcharges apply. If standard rooms are unavailable, the next room category or a similar hotel will be offered at a price difference.
Passport details, flight itineraries, and special service requests must be submitted once the booking is guaranteed; special requests remain subject to availability and hotel charges upon check-in.

Hotel Policies

Standard hotel check-in is between 2:00 PM (1400 hrs) and 3:00 PM (1500 hrs), and standard check-out is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Guaranteed early check-in requires booking and paying for the previous night. Late check-out is subject to room availability up to 2:00 PM (1400 hrs); check-outs past this time will automatically incur a full one-night charge.
The lead guest must present a valid passport upon check-in. Unregistered room occupants ("sneak-ins") are strictly prohibited, and any resulting charges or penalties are at the guest's own risk.
Hotels require a refundable incidental deposit upon check-in (amount varies per hotel category), which will be returned upon check-out.

Transfers & Tours

Airport transfers and tours operate on a shared (seat-in-coach) basis unless a private service is specified.
Corresponding surcharges will apply for transfer services if flight tickets arrive at or depart from terminals different from the airport terminals specified in the package.
Participation in the compulsory city tour is strictly required; failure or refusal to join the tour will incur penalty charges collected directly from guests on the spot or billed directly to the booking agent's account.
Guests must be in the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pickup times. In compliance with local transportation laws, seatbelts must be worn at all times during transfers and tours.
Driver waiting time at the airport is a maximum of 1 hour post-landing. Failure to appear at the designated pickup point requires guests to arrange their own transport at their own expense without transfer refunds.
Flight schedule changes require at least 24 hours advance notice to re-arrange transfers (subject to penalty surcharges). Same-day or last-minute flight notices cannot be accommodated, and guests will be advised to arrange transport independently.
Each traveler is allowed one (1) standard piece of luggage with maximum dimensions of 12" x 18" x 30". Drivers reserve the right to reject oversized or excess baggage, and any additional transport required will be billed directly to the passenger.

Cancellations & Changes

Once confirmed, all packages are strictly non-refundable, non-rebookable, non-transferable, and non-modifiable.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, offloaded guests, travelers who fail airport immigration checks, or any unused tour and transfer services.
Any reinstatement of a canceled booking is strictly subject to room/service availability and additional charges.
Pearl Horizon Travel will not be held liable for any surcharges, penalties, or service interruptions caused by force majeure events (such as severe weather, typhoons, accidents, rallies, or public emergencies) beyond agency control.
For urgent assistance or amendments, booking requests must be sent via email; the 24/7 hotline is strictly reserved for real-time emergencies.
