Day 1: Arrival in Puerto Princesa

Arrive at Puerto Princesa International Airport, meet your transfer representative, and proceed to your hotel for check-in.
Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure; overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Shared Puerto Princesa Underground River Tour

Breakfast at the hotel.
Pick up from the hotel lobby and embark on a scenic drive to Sabang Wharf.
Board a boat to the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Official New 7 Wonders of Nature.
Tour Highlights: Take a guided 45-minute paddle boat journey into the cavernous subterranean river, marveling at thousands of bats, swallows, and ancient rock formations accompanied by insightful audio commentary.
Savor a delicious buffet lunch spread at Sabang Wharf before transferring back to downtown Puerto Princesa City.
Return to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure; overnight stay at the hotel.
Note: Please be at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to pickup time. As this operates on a seat-in-coach basis, slight pickup delays may occur while collecting guests from different hotels.

Day 3: Departure from Puerto Princesa

Breakfast at the hotel.
Enjoy free time at leisure until hotel check-out and transfer to Puerto Princesa International Airport.
Guests must be waiting in the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Mandatory Travel Documentation: Travelers are solely responsible for completing all required government digital entry forms prior to arrival. Failure to submit mandatory entry requirements is not grounds for a package refund.

Limitation of Liability: Pearl Horizon Travel’s liability, if any, is strictly limited to the package price paid, and we assume no responsibility for any consequential or indirect losses arising from the trip.

Booking & Rates

Rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) on a per-person basis for a minimum of two (2) adults traveling together.
All bookings require advance reservation; room confirmations are strictly subject to hotel availability at the time of booking, and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Package rates apply exclusively to local Philippine residents; foreign passport holders will incur a surcharge determined by the hotel based on nationality, which must be declared prior to booking finalization.
Rates are not applicable during high, peak, or super peak periods.
Child rates are available upon request and subject to individual computation.
Rates are based on the hotel’s lowest standard room category. If unavailable, the next available room category or a similar class hotel will be offered with applicable price differences.
All special service requests remain subject to hotel availability and/or additional charges upon check-in.
Complete passenger flight details must be submitted once the booking is guaranteed.

Hotel Policies

Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM (1500 hrs), and standard check-out time is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM (1100 hrs – 1200 hrs).
Early check-in is subject to room availability; guaranteed early check-in requires booking and paying for the preceding night.

Transfers & Tours

All airport transfers and tours operate on a shared (seat-in-coach) basis.
On-day or last-minute flight detail updates cannot be accommodated for transfers; affected guests will need to arrange transport independently at their own expense.
Guests must be waiting in the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to their estimated pickup time for departure airport transfers. Pearl Horizon Travel will not be held liable for missed shared transfers or resulting travel disruptions.
Baggage allowance is limited to one (1) piece of luggage per person. If excess baggage exceeds vehicle capacity, additional transport fees will be billed directly to the guest.

Cancellations, Refunds & Force Majeure

Bookings are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-modifiable upon confirmation.
No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows, offloaded guests, or any unused tours, accommodations, or transfer services.
A no-show on booked dates will render all package services forfeited.
Any request for booking reinstatement is subject to availability and applicable surcharge fees.
Pearl Horizon Travel will not be held liable for any surcharges, penalties, or service disruptions caused by Force Majeure events (such as emergencies, accidents, severe weather, typhoons, or public rallies) beyond agency control.
